This offer is for an SX Xline Prestige. After negotiating with several dealerships, this seems to be the best option. Initially, I was looking for an SX-Xline but couldn’t get a significant discount off the MSRP. As a result, the price difference between the SX and this SX-P was minimal. I’m also set on the ebony black/terracotta color combination.
I plan to finance the vehicle to take advantage of the $1500 financing deal and then pay it off after the required 6 months.
It’s still a substantial amount of money, and I want to ensure I won’t regret the purchase if a better deal comes along later.
Dealers depend on customers equating the payment amount with the interest rate and often conceal their profit in the interest rate. Our dealer said they didn’t know the rate until we requested the 1.9% Kia rate. After we specified it, we received that rate, but I later figured out that their initial offer was actually 7.5%.
Did they just announce it? I thought it was supposed to be a bit later. I had informed the dealerships that I’d hold off for the 2025 models unless they could offer me a compelling deal. I’m now wondering if this is the deal I was waiting for.
I’m in Southern California and just bought our Heritage last Sunday, 8/25. I received a $3500 dealer discount, a $1750 Ford offer (valid through 9/30), and a personal cash offer of $1250 via email, totaling $6500 in discounts. These cars are currently available at dealers, so you can snag a great deal right now. I also got the current 3.9% APR for 36 months. Note that the dealer discount is applied to the selling price first, then tax and title are added, followed by the $3000 Ford rebates. Unfortunately, the $6500 discount isn’t applied before tax, so you’ll pay tax on the Ford rebates, but it’s still a solid deal.
I have a 2022 Badlands, and it’s an excellent vehicle. I paid roughly the same amount new as what you’re considering, but prices have increased slightly each year.
Many people have mentioned that the 1.5 L engine available on most Bronco trims provides sufficient power for their needs. However, the Badlands trim, which is more expensive, features a 2.0 L engine. I’m pointing this out in case you didn’t know, and if you’re someone who desires more power in an SUV, it might be worth test driving both options to see which suits you best.
I have a 2023 Badlands with the convenience package and have driven it for 7,100 miles so far. It’s been a great car. In Florida, after discounts and taxes, I paid $29,000 for it back in March 2024.
