My Seltos is an incredibly smooth drive. That is coming from a 2013 Chevy Cruze, though, so perhaps my standards are low lol.
We are on our second Telluride, we love them, and we travel A LOT! Was it the one that has the raised suspension and knobby tires? I forgot the model number.
I have a 2023 Forte and it’s pretty stiff, almost uncomfortable for my friend. If I had back issues I wouldn’t buy it. I think Kias just ride rough; could also be crappy dealer tires.

Okay. I was wondering. I really like them otherwise, so I’m disappointed but I and one of my kids get carsick and I was surprised by how much I bumped around in it. Was hoping it was just that particular vehicle.
I had a Kia Rio 2012, it was a budget car and it was bouncy compared to a Ford Fiesta with 15-inch tires on both cars.
Now a heavy SUV should be nowhere that bouncy, but it has been years since I rode a new one.
I have a Rio 2023, my car rides are pretty smooth. I’ve been in the passenger side and can say the same. Dips and potholes, I barely notice them; of course, if it’s not a super crazy pothole. I’ve had a few instances where I’ve had to double-check that I’ve even turned it on lol. I can’t speak for the SUVs as I’ve never owned or driven one.
Yes, my 21’ Sorento comes with 45/20’s and all-seasons, and there is a noticeable difference when I put the 65/17’s on for the winter.
Which reminds me… time for that bumpy ride once again
My K5 rides super smooth.
Have a 2021 SX and have felt it’s a very smooth ride for 40k miles so far. Unless the roads around the dealership were just crap?

It wasn’t great the brief highway drive either. I’m going to try another place and see.
Tires need to be balanced.
When I drive my wife’s Telluride, it always feels like I’m driving a cloud.
Our 24 Sportage is anything but. Smooth as butter.
We bought a set of Michelin tires last year and they make a big difference?!
Michelin Cross Climate 2s.
No, I assure you I feel like all Kias are tough rides. I drove in a 2023 Sorento and 2023 Sportage and they are rough rides. Not sure if it’s terrible suspensions or the sport suspension intended.

My 2023 Forte is rough. I rented a 2023 Versa and I hated the car so much, but damn did it ride better than my Kia.
Telluride- yes; Sorento- not as much? They are trucks designed for off-road use.
It’s a Kia lol. What did you expect?

Y’all got anything new?
