"Worn-out tires after 30,000 miles."

"Hey everyone, I have a 2022 Telluride EX FWD with 30,000 miles, and my Pirelli tires are already down to the wear bars. I was expecting them to last longer. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Has anyone had any luck using a tire warranty or talking to a dealer about getting a replacement or partial credit?"

“30,000 miles seems pretty reasonable.”

“Yeah, they’re not the best tires, but 30,000 miles isn’t too bad either.”

OEM tires are terrible. There are countless posts about it. Manufacturers use extra soft tires to help boost car sales.

You won’t get any reimbursement. There are too many factors affecting tread wear, and as others mentioned, OEM tires are often lower quality compared to the aftermarket versions. If you liked the Pirellis (except for the wear), they offer an even better Scorpion AS 3 or an all-weather Scorpion ActiveWeather tire.

I have a 2022 EX AWD, and the stock Michelin tires also needed to be replaced at 30,000 miles.
