I wouldn’t say it’s most. Many are turning to turbo or hybrid 4-cylinder options.

In the 2-row mid-size segment, that’s for sure. But in the 3-row market, having a V6 or larger is still typical in the US.
3-row CUVs that only have turbo 4-cylinder engines include the Sorento, Ascent, Highlander, CX-9, XC90, and soon the Grand Highlander/TX. Models like the Outlander, Tiguan, and GLB are considered 3-row but are more compact.
For the 6-cylinder options, you have the Pilot/MDX, Traverse/Enclave, XT6, Aviator, Atlas, Durango, Telluride/Palisade, Pathfinder/QX70, Grand Cherokee L, X7, GLS, new CX-90, and all BOF models.
For those that offer different options depending on the trim, check out the Acadia, Explorer, GV80, Q7, and the new GX.
