The lift added about 2 inches of clearance—1.9” in the front and 2” in the rear. No clearance issues so far.

Towing Setup

We tow a 4,800 lb, 22’ Sonic Venture camper with a Hensley Cub Hitch. Initially, there’s about a 1.5” squat, but once the active hydraulic system kicks in, it levels out to a ¾” drop. Since we’re operating near 80% of max tow capacity, we opted for better load-rated tires.

The dealership installed a stock trailer hitch for a cleaner factory fit. They originally quoted **$1,

I love this.

Love seeing other members of the wolf pack! Definitely upgrading the tires when the time comes.

Haha yes, I honestly love it, but the local dealer must have ordered everything in that color! I have like 4-5 that pass down my street 2-3 times a day! I had to get the lift, tires, and roof rack to look a little different.

@Aubrey
I hear ya. Same thing in my town. Just added the racks as well.

What’s the difference in the ride with the lift?

Replied above! Feels good though!

Honestly, it feels great. The steering does feel a little stiffer while turning, and it definitely feels way grippier on the road than the stock Continental tires. I really like the feel and the height since I was coming from an F150 with a 4” lift and 35” tires.

I am about to do the same setup. I have the Eibach sitting in my garage waiting for installation. I heard that without rubbing you would need 265/60r18, but you said you have 265/65r18. Do you notice any rubbing issues?

@August
Trying to figure out how to edit the post! I have the 265/60r18 without rubbing. I wanted to go 265/65r18, but I would have rubbed at full lock when parking and maneuvering the RV - with the Hensley hitch we can go almost 90° (jackknife). So we stuck with 265/60. If I wanted, I could have heated the plastic inner liners, but I didn’t want to go through with the hassle.
